hi getting the below errors while trying to start windows CSService for 10g

2006-11-20 09:28:23.718: [ CSSCLNT][3580]clsssinit: error(33 ) in OCR initialization

2006-11-20 17:21:38.078: [ OCROSD][2056]utgdv:1:could not open registry key SOFTWARE\Oracle\ocr os error The system could not find the environment option that was entered.
