Refresh materilized view fails with - ORA-08103 [message #197691]

Every time I refresh one of the views I get the following error, I have analyzed all tables concern, recreated the view but still get error

ORA-12012: error on auto execute of job 169
ORA-12008: error in materialized view refresh path
ORA-08103: object no longer exists
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT", line 803
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_SNAPSHOT", line 860
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_IREFRESH", line 683
ORA-06512: at "SYS.DBMS_REFRESH", line 195
ORA-06512: at line 1
