Hi all..
when i try to connect with DB in EM after i add the user name and password as "SYS" "111" . to open the database .. i found that Exeption : the acoount is locked
after that i try to clikc on the advanced option button .. i found that ERROR :

500 Internal Server Error

and when i trying to press yea to open the DB , it's take sooooo long time loading and 0 result .. So what is the problem here ...
Hold on i try to start the agent be4 all this so i writ this command in cmd
BIN> emctl start agent
give me this error : the service name is invalid

but i try to start the dbconsole .. its work fine .. so what is the problem exactly ..

Perhaps sys acount is locked? Try logging in as sysman using the correct password. Then unlock sys and change the password.

Need to know your O/S and Oracle version to provide more help.
