When I installed Oracle9i Agentctl.exe didn't work, now when i put user name and password i get this message ORA-12535:TNS Operation timed out.  Please help me it it's urgent.

was the database up and running before you install the OEM? if so must be something else in your tnsnames.ora, or in your listener.ora
try the tnspping instance_name if it is ok, you have something defined wrong in the configuration for oracle
