OEM MANAGEMENT SERVER HUNGS -- CANNOT STOP AND RESTART THE SERVICE

 

WINODWS 2000

ORACLE 9i - 9.2.0.1.0

 

Can start service once with no problem but cannot stop it just hanging give message cannot stop in timely fashion and just sitting with stopping status and doing nothing

Hi,

Have you checked your OMS log files? If I remember
correctly, these log files are located in the
$ORACLE_HOME/sysman/log directory.
