I logon OMS with user sysman and then logon to Database with system account.I set preferred credentials with system account also but when I want to export via OEM it said "the preferred credentials not set or are invalid" something like this.

What should I do? what's account to logon to OMS and account to logon to database.

you have to set credentials for the os user also.
wiz..the os user should have all administrative rights. etc..
look into OMS.nohup or oms.log for any VNI or VTK errors.
