using oracle database assistant ,I built a database named myora.and then used the net8 easy config to set the service name and otther config.
but when i test my database , wrong met me .
"no listener!"
how to start a listener for my database .
if you can give my any advice .thanks

manually u cant do by
$ORACLE_HOME/bin/lsnrctl start
in case of windows goto control panel / services
u can see the listenerservice for the sid u have created.
start it!
