oracle 7 is COMPLETLY OUTDATED and no more supported from ORACLE CORPORATION.
using oracle 7.x for production is NOT recomended ( in case of any issues, ORACLE Will not support you.).
for personal use its upto u.
installation of oracle in windows is prety much easy.
JUST CLICK THE SETUP, GIVE PATH, SID ETC.
in case of any issues, post the complete error message here/.
