I have Oracle 9.2 on a HP9000
I Installed an oms on an database and when i launch oemctl start oms. I 've goot this message in oms.nohup

Can someone help me?

OMS is not finding the correct TNSNAMES.ORA!
so
Add a line to the TNS_ADMIN TNSNAMES.ORA file that is pointed at by 
TNS_ADMIN environment parameter, to include the file used by OEM. 
This entry should look like an "ifile" entry on one line by itself, 
"ifile=<file spec>" 

Example: IFILE=C:orantnet80admintnsnames.ora
