Event Registration Failed [message #68032]

Hi,

I have two databases, one on NT and one on Linux, both running Oracle 8.1.7. Both were sucessfully discovered my OEM. When I try and register an event on both, the NT box registers it correctly, the Linux box just returns 'registration failed'. Can anyone tell me where I can get some more information on why it may have failed?

pls check the logfiles and post the exact error message.
There are many reasons for which the registration would fail.

Well, thats kind of the problem. What log files? Where are they?
