When i try to start services. it display error message "could not start the oracleOraHome90ManagementServer service on local computer. Error 1053: The service did not respond to the start or control request in a timely fashion." I tried many times to restart the service, also failed. how can i solve this so that the OMS can up?

Try starting the listener before (servicename: OracleOraHomeTNSListener).

I had the same problem, after starting the listener the management server would start but stop again right afterwards. Either this is correct and the normal way it works or I have another problem.
But I still cannot connect to the server. Anyone an idea?
