Hi, I am trying to log into Oracle Enterprise Manager and my OS is WINDOWS 2000, The error I am getting is " VTK-1000: Unable to connect to the Management server mydb(database name). Please verify you have entered correct host name and the status of the oracle management server."

Please help me to slove the Problem.
