I tried to install OEM on Windows2000 Server, but I failed. I click the AUTORUN.EXE, the Oracle universal installation interface appeared, but when I click the 'Start Install', the interface disappeared, nothing else happened. I tried to directly click on the setup.exe, but nothing happened. What's the problem?

I would like to appreciate for any help.
