When I open the OEM console, it asks me the "administrator" and "password". I entered "sysman" and oem_temp. It failed. Can anyone know what is the problem?

It depends on the actual failure. If it's for the password, sorry I can't help. I did have luck when I had a similar problem with logging into SQL as itnernal/oracle as sysdba and changing the password through SQL.
The problems I've had were getting the OEM running. When it wasn't running, it would also fail just after trying to login.
