Hi,
Is this the error you get:
NT-17: The system can not move the file to a different drive
Real Error: OraAgent failed to initialize connection cache
According to Metalink there is an incompatibility between the TCP hostname and the NetBios hostname of the machine. With the Network applet from the Control Panel, synchronize the names of the machine in the protocol properties dialogs.
