huge file in c:\windows\temp blocks system [message #545905]

Hello,

I am using OBIEE11g x64 11.1.1.5 on Windows 2008 Server. Today the system stuck and after looking at the server I realized there was no space left (450MB of 500GB free). I found the file c:\windows\temp\xmlforexcelKZY4RSIIUj5744709299014947355.xml sized 450GB!!! Which software is creating-using it and how can I limit its size? I understand it's some kind of caching mechanism but it must be a misconfiguration from me or a bug in OBIEE. After about 1 week of using the system, it reaches its maximum size and blocks the system since there is no space left on the drive.
The only way to delete it is to stop BI_SERVER1 and then delete it.
Any ideas are more than welcome.
