can u plz tell me how can connect oracle db on a laptop to oracle db on a server m/c.i mean i want to send the records from laptop db to server db.
plz explain in detail.

You have to do a exp to get the data out from your server in the lap top name it whatever.dmp then get this file over into the new database that you want to put the data in and do a IMP and follow what is telling you to do .... you can do this from user to user ....
