Errors in file /u01/app/oracle/admin/data/udump/prim_ora_11499.trc:
ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [[opirbr()+3892]] [[SIGSEGV]] [[Address not mapped to object]] [[0]] [[]] [[]]

I have seen the trace file also .In trace file it has given following messages..

Dump file /u01/app/oracle/admin/data/udump/prim_ora_11497.trc

This may help. If not you need to contact Oracle Support. You may be running into as yet unresolved issue. Setting sqlnet.expire_time=0 has been the workaround.
