how do i know my host name..port number..which i used for EM url
and how check the lsnr ?

OS dependent, but you ignored Posting Guidelines & did not provide it

lsnr = listener .. what i mean is that is there any command that shows this information..host name.. port number..

The Oracle listener has NOTHING to do with Enterprise Manager.

lsnrctl status
lsnrctl service

i thought its important to check the status of lsnr to start EM

emctl start dbconsole
