For Oracle 10G on Windows 2003 Server:

Can anyone point me to information regarding how-to either repair or recover a control file for a database that has corrupted data files? The control files are unusable.

Thanks

You can't repair or recover a control file, you can either:
- copy for another current one
- restore a backup one
- recreate it using CREATE CONTROLFILE
